2. Data We Do NOT Collect
Webzline School ERP is a self-hosted WordPress plugin. All school data — student records, attendance, fee records, exam results, staff information, and any other operational data — resides entirely on your own server. We have no access to, and do not collect, store, or process any of this data.
3. How We Use Your Data
- License fulfillment — generating and delivering your license key
- Customer support — responding to queries via email or WhatsApp
- Product updates — notifying you about new features, security patches, and version updates
- Demo scheduling — setting up personalized product demonstrations
- Legal compliance — maintaining records as required under Indian tax and accounting laws
We do not use your data for marketing to third parties, behavioural profiling, or automated decision-making.
4. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). We do not store your card number, UPI ID, or net banking credentials on our servers. Razorpay’s privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
5. Data Sharing
We share your personal data only with:
- Razorpay — for payment processing (name, email, phone, transaction amount)
- Government authorities — if required by law, court order, or regulatory compliance
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
6. Data Retention
- Active customers: Data is retained for the duration of your active license
- After license expiry: Data is retained for 3 (three) years to comply with Indian taxation and accounting requirements under the Income Tax Act and GST Act
- Demo bookings: Contact data is retained for up to 1 year if no purchase is made
- Upon request: You may request erasure at any time (see Section 8)
