Making School Management Effortless
School-ERP was born from a real problem. Our founder, working closely with school administrators across West Bengal, saw the same struggle everywhere — overpriced, overcomplicated ERPs that demanded months of training and charged per-student fees that made budgets bleed.
We took a different approach. We built School-ERP as a WordPress plugin — something any school could install on their own hosting, own their data completely, and start using in under 30 minutes. No vendor lock-in. No per-student charges.

How We Got Here
From a side project to a full-featured, 21-module School-ERP.
The Idea
Recognized the gap — Indian schools needed affordable, self-hosted management software. Started building the first prototype as a WordPress plugin.
Core Modules Launch
Launched student management, fee collection with Razorpay integration, attendance tracking, and the admission-to-enrollment pipeline. Added multi-school support and the parent & student portal.
21 Modules & Full Suite
Expanded to 21 independently toggleable modules — covering academics, HR, library, transport, hostel, healthcare, inventory, online exams, LMS, and more. Added offline-tolerant sync and scholarship management.
Growing & Improving
Fee enhancements with installment plans, late-fee automation, and P&L dashboards. Continued expansion with front desk, alumni management, and calendar & tasks modules.
