This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and process for requesting a refund, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid license plans. If you are not satisfied with the Software for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Email us at support@webzline.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
- Include the following in your email:
- Your full name (as used during purchase)
- Email address associated with the license
- License key (if available)
- Reason for refund (optional — helps us improve)
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
4. Refund Processing
- Verification: We will verify your purchase details within 2 business days of receiving your request
- Refund initiation: Once verified, the refund will be initiated within 7 business days
- Refund method: Refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay (bank account, UPI, card, or wallet)
- Bank processing: Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 5–10 business days to reflect in your account
5. GST on Refunds
The refund amount includes the full GST component that was charged at the time of purchase (GSTIN: 19AROPB4602J1ZR). You will receive the complete amount you paid, inclusive of all taxes.
6. License Deactivation
Upon processing a refund:
- Your License Key will be deactivated and can no longer be used to activate the Software
- The Software on your server will enter an unlicensed state (features will be restricted)
- Your data on your server is not affected — you retain full access to your data at all times
7. Exceptions
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- After 30 days: Requests received after 30 days from the date of purchase
- Custom development: Any custom development, customization, or bespoke coding work commissioned separately
- Abuse: If the License Key has been shared with, or used by, unauthorized third parties
- Repeated refunds: If a pattern of repeated purchases and refund requests is detected, we reserve the right to deny future refund requests
8. Cancellation of License
If you wish to cancel your license without requesting a refund (e.g., after the 30-day window), you may simply choose not to renew. Your license will expire at the end of the current billing period, and:
- No further charges will be made
- Software updates and support will cease
- Your data on your server remains fully accessible
9. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may:
- Email us at support@webzline.com for escalation
- If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute will be handled as per the Dispute Resolution clause in our Terms of Service
- You also have the right to file a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
